Our headquarters are located at Via Venier, 1, 30020 Marcon Venice, in the industrial area of Marcon, conveniently located near Venice Airport and motorway junctions.

Below are the terms and conditions governing purchases made on this website.

Placing an order

After making a purchase, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.

We will only accept your order after payment has been made via PayPal or bank transfer.

You must email us the transfer receipt or PayPal payment confirmation.

All products ordered will be made within 30 days of order confirmation, except for products marked as READY FOR DELIVERY, which will be shipped within 48 hours of payment. Any delays in production will be communicated to you directly.

Prices and product descriptions

At Bottega Veneziana, we take care to write descriptions that are as detailed as possible and to provide accurate prices for our products.

However, sometimes one of our staff members may enter an incorrect price or an incorrect product/promotion description. If we notice an error on one of the items you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order (at the correct price) or cancel it.

Prices include VAT (where applicable).

Depending on the value of your order or the shipping method or delivery address you have selected, you may be charged shipping costs (see below). These additional costs will be clearly visible at checkout and included in the Total.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we will use your data. We use it exclusively to offer you our best service.

No data will ever be transferred to third parties.
