Refund policy

Would you like to return a product for a refund? As established by current legislation, goods purchased online can be returned and the amount paid is refundable. Don't worry, as long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns and refunds, excluding any shipping costs, according to the following rules:

The product must be returned, upon request by email to clienti@bottegaveneziana.it within 14 days of the delivery date. The full amount paid for the item will be refunded using the same payment method used to place the order, excluding any shipping costs.

We undertake to refund you within 14 days of receipt of the item at our factory in Via Venier, 1 30020 Marcon, and after checking the integrity of the product.

Shipping receipt We strongly recommend that you keep the shipping/delivery receipt, which must be attached to the returned product.

Product condition The product being returned must be in good condition, without damage or breakage, clean and unaltered. Any accessories must also be included in the return.
